Lets experience the magic of Cinque Terre

Okay, can we just talk about how Cinque Terre by Mancera is the best kind of surprise? I mean, I was minding my own business when I spritzed this gem and instantly felt like I’d been whisked away to a sun-drenched Italian coast-who doesn’t want that. Right off the bat, it might have been when it hit my skin but when I sniffed that spritz, dry wow- there was a very inviting lemon and rosemary blend which was quite insistent pack up we are going to the beach. It is light and invigorating like being in a sunny terrace drink and makes an effort not to spill your drink while basking in the sun and sipping a lemon spritzer.

But after a little while it stabilizes and moves into a different direction altogether. Sea salt and fig leaves have join and suddenly there is a slight more sophisticated, or rather, pretentious, feeling that fig munching should accompany an art gallery and me wandering amongst strangers and art. I mean seriously, it is a blend that is consumed when one wishes to take a very short holiday. The pine notes come in and that was a pleasant reminder of mother nature-could be helpful in times when one wants to feel fresh but not smell like a walk in lemon.

And just when you think it can’t get any better, the dry down hits sandals and tonka bean which wraps the things into warm, soft, and nice embrace. It clings beautifully, almost seeming to say, ‘Oh yes, I am gorgeous and I have just left a yacht society.’ Whether you are going out for brunch or a fancy dinner, Cinque terre always is a boon.
