New: Black Opium Illicit Green for women

We recently got our hands on Yves Saint Laurent’s new Black Opium Illicit Green created by Nathalie Lorson.

YSL products always get me excited, all the better when Black Opium Illicit Green promises to bring a unique, bold and addictive scent.

YSL says this newly-launched flanker is a more energetic and sensual fragrance, with a much sweeter and fresher trail.

This gourmand spicy scent, enriched with some unique additions, can be applied safely during the cold days and evenings, but plays really nice with warmer weather as well.

It has some very unique notes, which makes it a bit different, but not groundbreaking, in contrast to the original Opium (the hero of YSL), although its rather hard to feel the freshness and the fruits. They’re more working with florals and coffee on this one.

Top Notes

Pear, Green Mandarin, Fig Leaf

Mid Notes

Orange blossom, Jasmine infusion, Fig

Base Notes

Coffee, Bourbon vanilla, Patchouli, Cedar

This fancy cocktail enclosed in bottle of fragrance is not just a great option for a more mature audience. I genuinely think it’s a great scent for a younger age-group as well.
